Whitney Everett was outstanding in all aspects of our search, selection, and closing of our new home in Carson.  Living in the Bay Area, I needed someone I could trust to take care of every aspect of the sale once we found our place.  In meeting her, she described her job as being as much service as it would be sales.  She proved that time and again with her thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market.  She also led us through the negotiations to get to a price we were comfortable with.  In the end we found the property that was perfect for us and are loving it. The Degenhart team (Christy/Whitney) was fantastic!  Our journey started out of state, and Team Degenhart work with us for months; communicating properties & trends.  Our visits to the area were well planned, as far as homes to view, which was tougher due to COVID.  But Team Degenhart worked with us and the sellers.
We found a new build that wasn’t going to be listed until completed in about 3-4 months.  They got us in to see it, and we were in contract that day!
That’s when Christy and Whitney really shined!  No stone was unturned! The communication was timely and informative, but not overbearing.  The home buying process had no surprises because they let us know what to expect next.  They further introduced us to local favorites and provided a list of utility and other home options.  Coming from out of state, we were not familiar with some of the hone features, but they were!  And they were proactive in explaining the features pros and cons, as well as inquiring with the builder about their development and specs.
